The Booking Process
We want the booking process to be as simple as possible so we've outlined it below to simplify the information provided in our overall terms and conditions.
Once we have finalised your travel arrangements/itinerary and everything else to make sure you are happy to go ahead, please complete our booking form in as much detail as possible and send it to us. The form will request important personal information and have drop down options for our specified itineraries as well as activity 'add-ons'. You can also add further information related to your booking. If you have opted for a tailored tour, there is no need to fill in the drop down option.
Once we have confirmed your booking you will receive an invoice from us which will include for the deposit and final balance, including due dates for payment. We accept all types of payment securely via PAYPAL.
Alternatively, you may not require much input from us as to your planned itinerary and may wish to fill out the booking form and send it to us direct, to then liaise on final arrangements. Either way, once the booking is confirmed by us, you have up to 7 working days in which to advise us of any changes/errors. Following this, a deposit payment is due in order for us to move forward with reservations and preparation. Please refer to our terms and conditions for information on cancellations / changes.
