Preparation for mountain climbing can be different for everyone. Some may wish to start a fitness training programme over a period of time, some are seasoned hikers and have already conquered many mountains, some are undertaking their first challenge. Our experience has told us that people have questions regarding altitude sickness, the best amount of time to take for the climb, the facilities up the mountain and whether they are fit enough!
Aside from communicating by email/telephone, we can also arrange (where possible and depending on distances) to meet with you (within the UK) to answer questions face-to-face. You are then able to understand more about the landscapes, terrain and main challenges to the climb. We often find this inspires people to make the move and reassures them. We can also include an explanation of available activities before and after the climb depending on how much time you have.
This also applies for businesses who wish to invite us in to give a presentation/talk about the challenge for groups of people and how it will link to an overall fundraising event if applicable.
