The Booking Process
We want the booking process to be as simple as possible so we've outlined it below to simplify the information provided in our overall terms and conditions.
Once we have finalised your itinerary and everything else to make sure you are happy to go ahead, we will send an invoice for the deposit payment along with dates for the final balance payment. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. You then have 5 working days to advise us of any changes. We will then ask you to complete our booking form with as much detail as possible. Payment options are via bank transfer or we have an online credit card payment facility which incurs a 3.5% charge. Please refer to our terms and conditions for information on cancellations/changes.
